Our face brick retail store is open from 9:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. Warranty & Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of intimate items, most of our products are not exchangeable or refundable for either due to hygiene. Pay attention! The following items, if the packaging is not properly sealed, cannot be returned in connection with hygiene (this is also legally determined).

The warranty on our products is standard 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase, depending on the manufacturer and product. This period is also stated in the guarantee certificate if the manufacturer has included it inside of the packaging with the product.

Products cannot be exchanged. If you want a different size or colour of the purchased product, you need to place a new order. Kindly take care when placing your order.

We always aim for customer satisfaction and excellent service. Of course, it can happen that an item is defective, or does not function properly. Kindly note that it depends if the product comes with warranty.

Shipping Information

All orders over R750 are free of charge within the borders of Southern Africa. Orders below R750 are charged a flat rate of R150 to cover the door-to-door courier service. We do not ship orders outside of the Republic of Southern Africa at this stage.

Our preferred courier service company is The Courier Guy. You will be provided with important courier confirmation, waybill details and tracking via email, the same day your order is collected from our warehouse.

Discretion is our top priority; you do not want your neighbour to see what you have ordered. We pack your order in a neutral box without any sex related information. We also ensure that our products are properly packaged to prevent any damage during the journey.

The product you ordered will be sent to the address you provided. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will not be delivered to the neighbours. The parcel service will call you and will offer the parcel be re-delivered the next working day.

If you place your order online, it will be processed though our online store. If you would like to pick up the item and it is not available in store but online. Staff will happily go and get it from our online department.
