Can I return something even if it has not been opened?

The warranty on our products is standard 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase, depending on the manufacturer. This period is also stated on the warranty certificate if the manufacturer has inserted it inside the box with the product. Not all products come with a warranty. If you are unsure whether your purchase comes with a warranty, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
