It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final. We value the health and welfare of our customers and guarantee that such products purchased are new and shipped directly from our warehouse to you.

Which exclusions include but are not limited to:

  • Adult toys for woman and men (e.g. vibrators, dildos, anal toys, beads, plugs, cock rings and etc.)
  • Bondage Items
  • Novelties Items
  • Lingerie for woman and men
  • Necessities (e.g. lubrications, massage oils, condoms, body paints and sexual aids)

 

Once the parcel is dispatch from our warehouse, the items within the parcel are considered used and hence cannot be returned.

Can I return something even if it has not been opened?

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept anything back, even if it has not been opened.

All measurements may vary across the products available. Measurements may vary due to variances in the manufacturing process. We do not provide refunds for measurement discrepancies.

Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your purchase becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact customer service. We will then inform you on what the supplier advises and if they are willing to replace your purchase.

To activate your warranty for your product you will be require to simply register the product on the manufacturer website. Failure to register the product will rendered the warranty null and void.
