Incorrect Delivery Address Captured:
Please be advised that we can’t be held liable for incorrect address details captured in your order.
If you realized that you have captured an incorrect address please mail shipping@eroticadultboutique.co.za and we will try our best to correct it.
Delivery Unavailability:
If nobody is available at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day. The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, an email will be sent with your tracking number.
Please allow at least 1 business day before tracking is visible. If you do not receive your tracking email, check your spam folder. We can also provide tracking by phone upon request.
Can I order from a location outside South Africa?
No, we do not ship orders outside of the Republic of Southern Africa at this stage.
Who will deliver my order?
We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We outsource delivery to third party couriers, and they cannot accept payment. All orders need to be paid for before they are dispatched, so Cash On Delivery is not possible.
Can I return items that was purchase?

What are your delivery times?
Deliveries take place during business hours Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, you cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. Please note that there may at times be unexpected delays with deliveries that is completely out of our hands. We will however inform you in advance if there were to be any expected delays.

Same Day Economy
For those semi-urgent orders required at their destination on the same day as collected. Note this applies to Johannesburg and Pretoria only. Please Note: this service is subject to the order being placed by 9:30 am of the same day.
Same Day Express
For those urgent orders required at their destinations on the same day as collection. Please Note: This service is subject to the order being ready after 11:00 am but before 14:00 pm and delivery being effect within 90 minutes after collection.
Overnight Courier
Delivery Next Business Day. Applies only to major centers i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.
Airfreight Economy
Applies mainly to those orders which are heavy and which are not urgently required the next morning. Delivery is normally within 24 to 36 hours. Deliveries to regional centers will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation.
Economy
Applies to all those orders which are not time sensitive and which may be too large to send express / airfreight. The average transit times vary from a 36 hour service (Durban, Bloemfontein) to 120 hours
